Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) chicken breast, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions
- Prep the chicken: Cut chicken breasts into small, even-sized cubes for quick cooking.
- Heat the pan: Add olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter to a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken: Add chicken cubes to the pan. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and nearly cooked through.
- Add the garlic: Lower heat to medium. Add minced garlic and the remaining tablespoon of butter. Sauté for 30 seconds, stirring constantly so the garlic doesn’t burn.
- Toss and finish: Stir to coat the chicken evenly in the garlic butter. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Serve: Serve immediately with your favorite sides — cauliflower rice, zucchini noodles, or a fresh green salad.
